Delivery Policy

1. Product Type

All products sold by AIContentKits are digital goods. There are no physical items, no packaging, and no postal or courier delivery involved. Every kit is a collection of digital files delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to your email address.

2. How Delivery Works

Our delivery process is fully automated and works as follows:

1. You complete your purchase on our website and payment is confirmed.
2. Our system automatically generates a unique, secure download link for your order.
3. An email containing your download link and order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
4. You click the download link in the email to access and save your kit files immediately.

3. Delivery Timeframe

In the vast majority of cases, delivery is instant — your download email arrives within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g. during high-traffic periods or due to email provider delays), delivery may take up to 15 minutes.

If you have not received your download email within 30 minutes of purchase, please follow the steps in Section 6 below.

4. Availability

Because delivery is fully automated, our digital products are available for purchase and download 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. There are no business hours restrictions on receiving your product.

5. Download Link Validity

Your download link is personal and unique to your order. Please note:

• Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Links may have a limited number of download attempts for security reasons.
• You should save the downloaded files to your own device or cloud storage immediately after downloading.
• If your link expires before you have downloaded your files, please contact our support team and we will reissue your link at no charge.

6. Didn't Receive Your Email?

If your download email has not arrived within 30 minutes of purchase, please follow these steps in order:

1. Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails are sometimes filtered. Search for emails from support@aicontentkits.com.
2. Check all inboxes — if you use multiple email accounts, verify you are checking the one used at checkout.
3. Wait a few minutes more — email delivery can occasionally be delayed by internet service providers.
4. Contact us — if you still have not received your email after 30 minutes, reach out to our support team with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will locate your order and resend your download link promptly.

7. Correct Email Address

It is your responsibility to provide a valid, active email address at the time of purchase. AIContentKits is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or mistyped email address. If you believe you made an error, please contact us immediately so we can update your order details.

8. File Formats

Our digital kits are delivered in common, widely-supported formats including:

• PDF — for guides, frameworks, and reference materials
• TXT / DOCX — for prompt libraries and editable templates
• ZIP archives — when a kit contains multiple files bundled together

All formats can be opened on any modern computer, tablet, or smartphone without specialist software (beyond a PDF reader for PDF files, which is free and pre-installed on most devices).

9. No Physical Shipping

AIContentKits does not offer physical product delivery. All products are digital only. No items will be shipped to your postal address under any circumstances. If you need a physical version of any content for personal use, you are welcome to print the PDF files yourself.

10. Re-Downloads and Replacements

We understand that files can occasionally be accidentally deleted or become corrupted. If you need a replacement copy of a kit you have previously purchased, please contact our support team with your original order details. We will do our best to assist you, though we reserve the right to limit the number of re-download requests per order.
