Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — General Policy

All Products sold by AIContentKits are digital downloads. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are considered final once a download link has been accessed.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, and we evaluate refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis within our 30-day guarantee window.

2. When a Refund May Be Approved

We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances:

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not yet downloaded it.
• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error.
• The product files are corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described.
• You experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented you from accessing the content and our support team was unable to resolve it.
• You are genuinely dissatisfied and can articulate a clear reason — we take this seriously and will review it with care.

3. When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• You have downloaded the product and claim you no longer want it.
• You purchased the kit as a gift and the recipient does not want it.
• You found a lower price elsewhere after purchasing.
• You did not achieve the results you expected (as outcomes depend entirely on how the kit is applied).
• Your refund request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
• You have violated our Terms of Service (e.g. by sharing or redistributing the files).
• You purchased multiple kits intending to request refunds on all of them.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our Contact page within 30 days of your purchase date.
2. Select "Refund Request" as the subject.
3. Include your full name, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
4. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with a decision or follow-up questions.

Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first. We will work with you to find a resolution, and chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being suspended.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times are as follows:

• Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
• PayPal: 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

6. Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong kit, we may offer an exchange for a kit of equal or lesser value rather than a refund, provided the original kit has not been downloaded. Please contact us to discuss this option.
